Located on the estuary in the heart of Mandurah, this is an innovative and high profile public open space in an idyllic setting.
Completed on behalf of Mirvac in late 2015, construction works to the space included installation of bridges, artwork, custom furniture, custom play equipment, street furniture, play logs, boulders/rocks, custom tree surrounds/planter boxes, hardscapes such as concrete, irrigation and extensive softworks.
Osprey Waters was awarded the 2016 UDIA Award for Environmental Excellence.
